UATX is a great university for the humanities, but science and engineering are difficult to build up, and without equally stellar sciences -- which are part of the quadrivium parts of the seven liberal arts of classical education, UATX would be missing out on some of the top talent in the country it could otherwise attract. How about some collaboration with the University of Texas at Austin to supplement UATXs own budding efforts in STEM?
If Austin is ever interested in psychology as a discipline, here’s a full prof and journal editor with an h index of 39 and a current NIH grant. Just saying.
Congratulations to Carlos, Pano, Joe, and the entire UATX team!
